To submit artwork to familyreuniontees.com in an electronic format, whether through e-mail or electronic media, please adhere to the following specifications so that we can produce the most faithful representation of your artwork possible. Also be aware that you need to not wait till the last minute if you are deciding to have us build your family reunion design. It can sometimes take several days or even more to get this process to the approval stage. Once you have approved the art work our normal turnaround times apply on your family reunion tees order.

The image should be black and white line art. If it is in color that color will have to be removed, increasing the production time and you may incur art fees.

The art should preferably be in an .eps, .tiff, .bmp, .psd (Photoshop), .cdr (CorelDraw), or .ai (Illustrator) format.
If there is typed text, it should be converted to paths>outlines>curves and you should attach the font file or at least send us the font name
If you need to submit a file in a .jpg/.jpeg format, the compression should be the highest value (meaning the lowest level of compression) or no compression.
We cannot use .doc (Word), .ppt (PowerPoint), .pub (Publisher) .qxd (QuarkXpress) documents.
The image/document should be the desired size.
If you have a sketch, (we consider a sketch to be anything that we have to clean up or do additional work to in order to make the design ready to print. Our artists can recreate it to your specifications, though separate art charges may apply.

If your design is a names list design and you wish to submit your students or family members names please submit the file as a Word (.doc), text (.txt) CorelDraw remember to send us the font name along with the .tt file if possible

Note: With most software, once the design is completed, you can either save or export the file as one of the above formats.
